In Meghan’s role, she leads the team responsible for critical work aligned to Aon’s Global Early Careers initiatives, including Apprenticeship, Strategic HBCU partnerships, and Expansion of Early Careers programs into new markets and regions.
Meghan has been with Aon for 16 years. Previous roles included Global HR/People Leader for Aon’s Shared Services/Corporate functions, which includes supporting senior-most executive leaders on all aspects of their talent strategy.
Meghan has a background in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with experience across financial management, operational & systems improvement, talent and organization development, and training. Her passion is apparent for driving alignment and positive change.
