With a strong background in creating award-winning strategies in employee engagement, social impact, and corporate volunteering, Katy has consistently demonstrated her ability to align initiatives with business objectives, contributing to organizational success while promoting positive social change.

At present, Katy serves as the Global Social Impact Leader at Marsh, a renowned Fortune 200 company and the world's leading insurance broker and risk advisor. In this capacity, she plays a critical role in shaping the company’s Social Impact strategy, which spans 130 countries and touches the lives of over 50,000 colleagues. Under her leadership, Katy has launched groundbreaking initiatives that have garnered awards and elevated community engagement to more than double the industry average, setting a new standard for corporate responsibility.

Beyond her professional commitments, Katy is actively engaged in the community. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation and the Board of Trustees of the Center for Cyber Safety and Education.
