Dr. Elizabeth Barth-Thacker is the Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics at American Modern Insurance Group, A Munich Re company.  Since joining in 2021, she has spearheaded the company's data and advanced analytics strategy, including cloud data transformations and AI initiatives.

With over a decade of experience in strategy, technology, and analytics, Elizabeth has established herself as a trusted expert in driving business transformation through data-driven decision making. Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Miami Children's Health Plan, where she spearheaded enhancements in operational excellence and innovation.

She holds multiple advanced degrees including a Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity management, Analytics, Business Administration, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Data Driven Decision Making.  Elizabeth, an avid golfer and Miami Heat fan, resides in Miami, Florida.
